Todd Geiger
Todd Geiger has been appraising commercial and residential property in the region since 1993. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and worked in the architectural field as a designer and draftsman on both commercial and residential projects from 1985 to 1993. During this period he was employed for over three years by Thacher & Thompson Architects, well respected Santa Cruz Architects. His architectural background brings additional depth and hands-on knowledge to his appraisal work, especially on complex assignments.
He has appraised various property types including, but not limited to: agricultural land, office buildings, retail buildings, warehouses, mixed-use commercial properties, hotels, motels, apartment complexes, office condominiums and mobile home parks, in addition to smaller residential income properties and single family residences. He has also appraised major right of way multi-parcel acquisitions for the County of San Benito, the County of Santa Cruz and the County of Monterey.
He is a certified general appraiser with the State of California, Office of Real Estate Appraisers, (#AG024723).
